Picual EVOO 500ml - Castillo de Illora

Castillo de Íllora Picual is an early harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made exclusively from Picual variety olives harvested at their optimum point of ripeness. Produced by the Roldán Oliva family in Íllora (Granada), with an olive growing tradition dating back to 1895, this EVOO combines innovation, quality and the know-how of generations dedicated to olive cultivation.

It presents a medium-high intensity green fruitiness, with an aromatic profile where notes of tomato, fresh grass, olive leaf, artichoke and green almond stand out. On the palate it offers a balanced entry, with a medium bitterness and pungency, perfectly integrated, and a pleasant persistence that reflects the character of the Picual variety.
