555 Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Teba (Málaga) with Picual variety olives, harvested early and obtained through cold extraction to preserve the full intensity of its aromas and natural properties.
It presents an intense and highly expressive green fruitiness, with exceptional aromatic complexity. The nose reveals notes of olive leaf, tomato plant, artichoke, and a delicate hint of green apple. On the palate, it offers a smooth and clean entry, followed by a medium-high intensity bitterness and pungency, perfectly balanced. Its profile is completed with elegant reminiscences of almond, artichoke, olive leaf, and especially, tomato plant, leaving a pleasant persistence and a slight astringency that provide character and personality.
