Pajarero Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500 ml – Monteoliva
Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from the Pajarero olive variety, a distinctive variety known for its large fruit, natural sweetness and early ripening. Originating from Cabra, Córdoba, the olives are harvested and processed during the first half of October, resulting in a smooth and delicate olive oil.
On the nose, it offers a medium-intensity fruitiness, with aromas of nuts and ripe fruit, particularly banana. On the palate, it stands out for its natural sweetness, with mild bitterness and peppery notes. Subtle green hints of olive leaf gradually give way to flavours reminiscent of walnuts and other nuts.
