Molino de la Calzada Lucio Bell is an early harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made exclusively with Lucio olives, one of Granada's most unique native varieties. Produced in Íllora (Granada) by the Roldán Oliva family, this EVOO is obtained through cold extraction, preserving all the freshness, quality, and natural properties of the fruit.

It presents a medium intensity green fruitiness, with a fresh and elegant profile where notes of grass, tomato, and green olive stand out. On the palate, it offers a smooth and balanced entry, with a very slight bitterness and a subtle spiciness, leaving a pleasant persistence that reflects the unique character of the Lucio variety.
